Catering Basics
We offer a few different options to accommodate your catering needs; options are listed below.
You may submit online, call or email us today to place your order: Please order based on the number of people eating. We include plates, eat-ware, napkins, and wet-naps and plenty of McCoy’s BBQ Sauce with each order at no additional charge. Pickup: No minimum required.
Delivery: Minimum $200.00 order, delivery charges will apply. Delivery charge is calculated at $1.00 per mile round trip. We bring the BBQ to you in our professional McCoy’s catering vehicle, using the proper hot and cold holding cabinets to maintain food temperatures.
Full-service/Onsite Cookin’: Minimum 100 guests. Customer is responsible to ensure McCoy’s Catering Vehicle and BBQ smoker have accommodation and approval to setup for your event. McCoy’s BBQ Catering Team will arrive prior to event start time to set-up serving tables, all appropriate serving pieces and most importantly…to start smokin’ your BBQ. We will serve your guests, dispose of our garbage, and take away all service wares. Service is based on availability. Full-service charge of $275.00 will apply. Friendly Note: This is our more popular service, as the ambience of our wonderful BBQ smokin’ is true experience, the BBQ soars and fills the air with a smell that just lures your guests to the feast.

What is required to reserve a date for Full-service/Onsite Cookin’?
To reserve your date for Onsite Full Service Catering we require that you accept our terms and conditions and a minimum 25% deposit.
Can I order by the tray or by the pound?
Yes. For pickup or delivery only. Please email or call for details and pricing.
Do you offer any desserts and/or appetizer trays?
Yes. We offer a range of freshly designed trays, including Assorted Cheese tray, Steamed Shrimp and Cocktail tray, Vegetable Tray, and Fruit tray. Our desserts include freshly baked homemade assorted cookies and our famous southern peach cake bites with or without nuts. Please email or call for details and pricing.
How much is the delivery charge?
We require a $200.00 minimum order. The delivery charge is $1.00 per mile round trip, so if we deliver 25 miles from our restaurant, the delivery charge is $50.00.
Do you deliver to parks, personal residents, and companies?
Yes, we do. Some restrictions apply. Please email or call for details.
May I schedule a tasting?
Yes. Tasting is done on weekends only during our Open Season at no charge.
Is McCoys BBQ a seasonal restaurant?
Yes and No. We do cater year round – weekdays included. Our walk-up locations are open seasonally from March through November.
